With a combined 30 years brewing and building beer recipes we have the knowledge and skill in creating quality craft beers, optimizing brewing operations, modernizing and monitoring the brewery.

Nick has been perfecting commercial hazy IPAs for the past 10 years from his first sip on the east coast where the style was created. He is also a master brewer in lagers. Below are some of the breweries that Nick has brewed for and brewed with on collabs or scaling up*.

Andrew has been home brewing and building brewing software for the last 20 years. There is so much data in brewing that it really pairs well with being a software engineer. Recipes are brewed on his 1 BBL pilot brewhouse test lab. Below are some of the brewing related apps that Andrew has worked on. He also keeps up his Tips training and has the level 1 beer server cicerone certification while working on the next levels.

We keep it fresh and super efficient in all aspects of the job. We are absolutely strict about sanitation and sterilization. This is built into our SOPs and brewing process. We pride ourselves on not having to dump beer and continue to have a zero dump rate.
